FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can I get samples before placing an order?
Yes – we encourage you to personally test and familiarise yourself with our product range by ordering the sample packs available here.
Alternatively, if you'd rather order a sample with your own design, please check the individual product pages – for some of them, ordering 1 piece (a sample) is available as a quantity option. Each product has its own minimum order quantity (MOQ), which can range from 1 to over 1000 pieces; for detailed information, please refer to the quantity options on the specific product page.
Can I get a preview of the design before production starts?
Yes – rest assured, during checkout you can select the free "Expert Check and Proof" option. Your artwork will be checked by our print specialists to make sure everything meets production standards. They will send you a final artwork proof by email for your approval before it goes into production.
If you notice any irregularities during this process, our in-house designers will be happy to make additional adjustments – all to ensure that we are absolutely certain the design is perfect before we start its production.
How do I reorder a product from a previous order?
Log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section to view all your previous orders. Select a specific order, then click "Reorder." When reordering, you can change the quantity (increase or decrease it), and also add new products or remove existing ones.
However, if you wish to make more significant changes – such as modifying the design, size, color, etc. – please place a new order. For reorders, as the graphic design has already been approved by you, we skip the verification process and proceed directly to printing.
I only received part of the order?
Products may come from different suppliers and therefore arrive separately. Similarly, larger orders may be split into several shipments, which will also arrive at different times. You can check the delivery status of your order here.
