Can I receive samples before placing an order?

Yes – we encourage you to personally test and familiarize yourself with our product offer by ordering the sample packs available here.

Alternatively, if you prefer to order a sample with your own design, check the individual product pages – for some of them, the option to order 1 piece (sample) is available as a quantity option. Each product has its own minimum order quantity (MOQ), which can range from 1 to over 1000 pieces; for detailed information, please refer to the quantity options on the specific product page.

Can I get a design preview before production starts?

Yes – feel free to select the free option "Expert review and print preview" when finalizing your order. Your design will be checked by our print specialists to ensure everything meets production standards. They will send you a final preview of the design by email for your approval before it goes into production.

If you notice any irregularities during this process, our in-house designers will be happy to make additional corrections – all to ensure we are absolutely certain the design is perfect before we start production.

How can I reorder a product from a previous order?

Log in to your account and go to the "My orders" section to view all your previous orders. Select a specific order, then click "Reorder." When reordering, you can change the quantity (increase or decrease it), and also add new products or remove those already selected.

However, if you want to make more significant changes – such as modifying the design, size, color, etc. – please place a new order. For reorders, as the graphic design has already been approved by you, we skip the verification process and proceed directly to printing.

I only received part of the order?

Products may come from different suppliers and therefore arrive separately. Similarly, larger orders may be split into several shipments, which will also arrive at separate times. You can check the delivery status of your order here.
